What to Expect: Our team training programs are focused on getting athletes prepared for the upcoming season. The first portion of each training session is dedicated to warming up the athlete's body to prepare them for the training session. This includes plyometrics, mobility, and core strengthening. Following the warm-up, athletes will be educated and coached on specific movements that will be used in the daily workout. The daily workout typically consists of two parts, the first being a strength piece, and second being a conditioning based workout.
We pride ourselves in teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity. The training sessions are committed to building speed, agility, coordination, endurance, stamina, strength, power, and flexibility. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment, prevent injuries, and enhance performance for all athletes!
